Regarding diet, I don’t have many rules that I follow.
I have realised I feel my best when I listen to my body and eat intuitively.
I include all food groups, and just make sure I eat a balanced diet, which provides me with enough energy.
For breakfast I love having eggs, salmon and avocado on toast. If I’m training in the morning I would have oatmeal with fruit and have the reforming liquid mixed into my morning tea.

I love training and usually do some kind of exercise 6 days a week.
I started training as a child so it really became a habit for me, nowadays I mainly do weight training. Exercise is a form of self care for me as it really helps me to just switch off and focus solely on the movement.
I also love to spend 20-30 mins in the sauna as I think sweating is the best form of detoxification.

My Beauty routine is quite simple, I live by ‘less is more’ however I have to admit I have a slight obsession with face masks.
The products I’m constantly using are the Sunday Riley UFO face oil mixed with the Klarskin serum, F.P Miller eye oil, Peach and Lilymatcha pudding cream .
For masks I’m loving the Tromborgcom mud mask, Mario Badescu rose hips mask, Magicstripes and 111skin have amazing sheet masks.

For now, my main goal is to focus on my studies.
I’d be lying if I’d say I’m not working on other exciting projects but I’d like to keep those for the future as a surprise:)
